Face Masks Required Statewide in Alabama

On Wednesday, July 29, 2020, Governor Kay Ivey issued her fifteenth supplemental emergency proclamation containing an amended Safer at Home Order that extends a statewide mask requirement. 

The requirement for individuals to wear a mask or other facial covering when in public and in close contact with other people, as described in the order, will remain in effect through August 31 at 5:00 p.m.
